World Environmental Day Celebration, 2024

World Environmental Day was celebrated annually on 5 June from 1974 to spread environmental awareness. Department of Zoology, KSMDB College, Sasthamcotta organized a poster competition among the students of the Department as part of World Environmental Day on 5 June 2024 at Department of Zoology at 1.30pm. Dr. Manju M., HOD, Department of Zoology welcomed the gathering, Dr. Arun Kumar, Principal in Charge inaugurated the event and encouraged the students to save trees and protect the environment. Dr.Prathibhakumari P. V proposed the vote of thanks. The posters of the students were exhibited and judged. Adheena Rani, Smitha V and Vaishnavi V  of S4 Zoology students bagged the first, second and third prizes respectively.
