Our Hindi Department feel so proud to present the report on the PremChand Jayanti Celibration held on 1st Aug.2022. Our Department organized a National seminar on the topic ‘PremChand ka katha - Sahitya’ . This event was inaugurated by our principal Dr. Lajith V. S. and presided by our HOD Dr. Dhanya L. Council secretary Dr. Ragi R.J. felicitated us for our enthusiastic programme . Dr. Athira J.S. , assistant professor,S N college , Kollam was the chief guest of the event. Dr. Athira delivered a very informative and impressive speech. Aswathi S, Sujitramol, Gopika , Adithya, Lekshmi Vijayan, Anaina Anil ( S2 Students ) presented a classy play ‘ Thakur Ka Kuaan ’. This play became the center of attraction of the event . Gauri S, Devika V . R. , Sujitramol S , Anaina Anil presented papers on the topic ‘ Premchand’s Fiction’. Swaliha N ( S4 Student ) was anchoring the programme. Dr. Ajayan C Head of the History Department , other faculty members and Hindi loving students of all Department were present in the programme . Dr. Shibina S , guest lecturer, delivered vote of thanks.
